ut 160 lbs. i have a big belly and i always try to hide it like breathing in air and making my belly look smaller if you know what i mean. My thighs are fat and my butt is kinda big and fat which make me feels so uncomfortable because of how i look from my back and side view. And my chest is looks bad from the side and front view because of my man boobs nipples look way too big and fat. So i get this bad habit of slouching or looking like a hunch back to make my chest look less fat. So i really want to lose about 20 40 lbs, have a smaller butt and thinner thighs, have a flat stomach and tone my chest and get smaller man boobs. I really need some help 8230 I try to diet but i simply cant because there's so much things distracting or preventing me. Like the people in my house always cooks GOOD food with i believe lots of calories. And my parents keep bringing home FAST FOOD often as well 8230 And for our snacks are sugary biscuits. So i got nothing else to eat at home. So the way i'm going to lose weight is i guess by exercise and workouts. I do 5 push ups, 30 sit ups, and bicycling for like 10 15 minutes. I really need more help and tips please!
