a competetive cheerleader as well as a sideline cheerleader. we bust our bu s at our + hours of practice everyweek and competitions. im sick of stupid football players and wrestlers saying its not a sport. trust me we usually get more injured then they do. I always tell people try yelling and jumping at the same time and tell me if that is easy. Cheerleaders have to have a lot of strength to lift each other and flip. Just because there is not a score that does not make cheerleading any less important than any other sport. Some Cheerleaders have to cheer in cold weather at football games and then go to practice the next day. In other sports people
